英飞凌IR HiRel的抗辐射功率IC解决方案旨在补充我们业界领先的抗辐射MOSFET产品组合。抗辐射高端和低端MOSFET栅极驱动器的总电离剂量（TID）额定值为100 krad（Si），并已通过单粒子效应（SEE）表征。

这些栅极驱动器具有高达20 V的宽工作电源范围、低传播延迟和高驱动电流。通过使用IR HiRel的空间级栅极驱动器取代基于庞大磁耦合器或光耦合器的栅极驱动器设计，提高电源系统的可靠性，并减小解决方案的尺寸和重量
